Resetting & Changing Passwords
If you need to reset your Symphona password (or another User’s password), this guide will walk through the various options available.

Option 1: My Profile
1. On the top bar of the Symphona platform, navigate to your profile on the right, click on it, and click Manage My Profile.
- In the Security section of your profile (near the bottom right of the page), you can click Change Password to update your current password.
Option 2: Access Management
Note: this option only works if you have admin privileges on Symphona.
- Move to the left-hand side bar and click Settings > Access Management.
- Click on the User which you would like to reset the password for.
- Click on the Edit Profile button
- Finally, click on the Change Password blue text at the bottom of the view and create a new password for the User.
Option 3: Log In > Forgot Password
- Navigate to the Symphona log in screen and click the Forgot Password blue text.
- Enter your Symphona account email and click Request Reset.
- If you have an active Symphona account associated to the entered email, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
