Resetting & Changing Passwords

If you need to reset your Symphona password (or another User’s password), this guide will walk through the various options available.

Follow along with us as we cover how to change your own password, how to change the password of other users, and how to reset your password if you cannot log in.

Option 1: My Profile

1. On the top bar of the Symphona platform, navigate to your profile on the right, click on it, and click Manage My Profile.

2. In the Security section of your profile (near the bottom right of the page), you can click Change Password to update your current password.

Option 2: Access Management

Note: this option only works if you have admin privileges on Symphona.

1. Move to the left-hand side bar and click Settings > Access Management.

2. Click on the User which you would like to reset the password for.

3. Click on the Edit Profile button

4. Finally, click on the Change Password blue text at the bottom of the view and create a new password for the User.

Option 3: Log In > Forgot Password

1. Navigate to the Symphona log in screen and click the Forgot Password blue text.

2. Enter your Symphona account email and click Request Reset.

3. If you have an active Symphona account associated to the entered email, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
